EEI was founded in 1984 as a facility consulting firm to provide assessment, design, and management services to clients seeking to bring their operating facilities to optimum performance levels. These years of experience have provided a solid foundation in the fields of retrocommissioning, new building commissioning, existing facility operational and energy efficiency assessments, peer review of new building designs, and mechanical/electrical/ plumbing design consulting services. Since 1991, EEI has provided commissioning and RCx services on more than 56 million square feet of space in new and existing buildings with total construction value on these projects in excess of $9.7 billion. |
