TestMarcx has been applying commissioning principals to buildings for 9 years, uncovering the sizable opportunities that are within them. We identify problems that occurred during construction just as traditional commissioning does, but most often we find and solve serious problems that have developed during the buildings life. TestMarcx is a consulting firm and our only business is facility commissioning. Since our founding in 1998, we have successfully completed over 350 combined commissioning and retrocommissioning projects. This experience gives us a huge insight into how to creatively optimize all types of energy consuming systems. Our focus is to provide the owner and occupants with facility systems that meet their functional requirements as efficiently as possible. |
