WorkingBuildings (WB) is an independent total commissioning provider specializing in high performance and laboratory facilities. We have extensive experience commissioning complex buildings providing LEED consulting, lifecycle management, risk/threat analysis and standard operating procedures. Our projects routinely average more than 200,000 SF in addition to multi-building, total campus renovations. Our staff is highly qualified including several professional engineers, LEED accredited providers, members of the USGBC faculty and LEED for New Construction Core Committee. We routinely teach workshops on commissioning for other industry professionals. Michael L. Weiss, president of WB, chaired the General Services Administration's committee to develop commissioning guidelines for GSA.
