How to qualify
To be eligible for the Program, you must meet these basic requirements:
• You must be a PG&E customer paying the California public goods charge on your utility bill.
• Own or operate a building that has at least 100,000 square feet of conditioned space, direct digital controls (DDC) in place, and central plant mechanical
equipment in relatively good condition.
• Have funding available to implement agreed upon RCx measures within 12 months of the project start date.
• Be willing to commit staff time to support the project.
